A Note on How Erika Works
Erika takes on a limited number of recruitment briefs at any one time. This is deliberate. It means she can give your role the attention it deserves rather than managing a queue of forty open positions across her desk.
When you engage eSquared, you are not handed off to a team. Erika conducts the brief, runs the search, screens the candidates, and presents the shortlist. She is the one you call with questions and the one who calls you with updates. There is no account manager sitting between you and the person doing the work.
This approach takes longer to scale than a traditional agency model. That is a deliberate choice. The quality of the outcome matters more than the volume of placements.

How We Work
Brief — We start with a detailed conversation about the role, the team, the culture, and what success looks like in the first six to twelve months. We also discuss where previous hires have gone wrong, which is often the most useful part.
Search — Erika runs a targeted search using her network and market knowledge. This is not a job board post and wait. She goes looking for the right people, including those who are not actively on the market.
Screening — Every candidate is screened before you see them. You receive a shortlist of people who have been assessed against the brief, not just the job description.
Shortlist — You receive a considered shortlist — typically three to five candidates — with a written summary of each person and why they have been included.
Interview support — Erika helps structure the interview process, advises on what to probe for, and can debrief with you after each round if that is useful.
Offer and close — Erika manages the offer process, including candidate expectations around salary and start date, to maximise the chance of a successful placement.
Follow-up — After placement, Erika checks in with both you and the candidate to make sure the hire is landing well.
