The hiring room is where you want to be. I built it.
Workshops for students, graduates and job seekers, from someone who makes hiring decisions every week. What employers are really assessing, what happens after the offer, and the questions nobody asks out loud.
20% off sessions booked before 4 December 2026. Planning dates for early 2027 now.
Who it’s for
We design workshops for:
Universities and higher education
TAFEs, RTOs and colleges
Secondary schools (Years 10 to 12), with an evening for parents
Employment services, LLENs and leaving care providers
Popular Topics
Choose your own topic, or pick from what’s trending in the market right now. A workshop can be part of the Job Market Mastery program or something completely different. Topics I’m often asked for:
The work-ready gap: why graduates who are technically strong still struggle at interview and in their first role, and how to close the soft skills gap
What employers tell recruiters and never tell you: unfiltered feedback from the hiring side
The first 90 seconds: what happens when a candidate walks into the interview room, and how the decision starts forming
Standing out among 1,000 applicants: how shortlisting really works when roles are flooded
Using AI well in a job search: where tools like ChatGPT help, and where recruiters can tell
Moving from study into the workplace: what the first 90 days actually look like
These are starting points. If you have a topic in mind, I’ll build it.
These workshops are new. The content behind them isn’t. Every session draws on more than a decade of recruiting, coaching and training: writing the briefs, building the shortlists, sitting in the interviews and seeing what happens after someone is hired.
How It Works
Every workshop starts with a conversation about your group.
Tell us about your audience and what you want them to walk away with
Erika designs the content and sends it to you for sign-off
We deliver, then follow up with you on how it landed
From Job Market Mastery: drawn from the 19-module program, from the interview to holding on to the job
Bespoke: built around your cohort and the questions they’re actually asking
Open Q&A: questions come in beforehand, so every one gets answered
How it works: a single session or a series, face to face or on Teams, groups of 5 to 50, from 90 minutes to four days. I deliver every session myself. No licence, no long-term commitment.
Travel and accommodation are charged at cost for workshops outside Victoria that run longer than one day.
Pricing: per-session prices, with the 20% offer applied, are in the one-page overview for your sector. Book a time and I’ll send you yours.
What comes next: start with a session, then roll out Job Market Mastery to every student when you’re ready. Ask me how.
