Red staircase on a Melbourne building, jobs with eSquared

Your next opportunity starts here.

Specialising in accounting and finance, and recruiting across all sectors and levels. If you are actively looking or want to be considered for future roles, register your interest and I’ll be in touch when something relevant comes up.

How We Work With Candidates

eSquared is not a job board. I’m an accounting and finance recruiter by background, and through my clients I now recruit across all sectors.

I’ve worked with many of those clients for a decade or longer, and I act as a true partner to them. When I put you forward, it carries weight, and it sets you up to succeed once you’re in the role.

Roles We Place

Specialising in accounting and finance, and recruiting across all sectors at every level, including:

  • Coordinator, administrator, and support roles

  • Team leader and supervisor roles

  • Manager and senior manager roles

  • GM, Director, and VP-level appointments

  • C-suite and board-level executive search

If you are not sure whether your background is a fit for what I work on, register anyway. I review every submission personally and will let you know if there is a pathway forward.

“I’ve moved between states so I’ve had to meet recruiters in Qld and Vic. I now know when I find an exceptional one and that’s Erika. She cares about you and gets to know who you are, which is key to getting the right job for the candidate. She definitely did that for me.”

Register Your Interest

Here’s what happens when you register:

  1. Register. Send through your resume and a short note on what you’re looking for. Your details are kept in my database.

  2. We meet. We talk through your background and put together a plan, covering active roles and more.

  3. I go to my network. Beyond advertised roles, I look at which of my clients I can speak to about you, and where you’ll thrive.
