eSquared is not a job board. We work on retained mandates for specific clients, which means we are not matching resumes to a database. When you register with us, Erika reviews your background personally and reaches out when a role is a genuine fit.
Most of our placements come through direct conversations, not applications. If we are working on something relevant to your experience, we will contact you before anything is advertised. That is the advantage of registering with a boutique recruiter who works a specific market.
